An insurance replacement for a traditional cash deposit. Rhino quotes are specific to property and applicant based off approval. All applicants must wait to receive their Rhino link from a Tallgrass manager.
ALL smoking is prohibited in the home or within 25ft of the home and the surrounding neighbors. Smoking is considered to be the use of cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, and other forms of smoking.
Yes. Two pets maximum in each home. We only accept cats and non-aggressive dog breeds. Each pet has a $250 non-refundable fee upon move in. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet.
There is a one time admin fee per household upon your move in of $250 that is non-refundable.
Yes renters insurance is required upon move in with a basic $100,000 limited liability coverage. Personal property coverage is determined by the tenant. Tenant may use any company of their choice.
