2-4 business days. Notifying your supervisor and landlord references that you applied and submitting two of your most recent paystubs will expedite the process.
Go to our availability page and select “schedule viewing” of desired property and follow each prompt, a clear picture of a govt. issued photo ID is required.
$50 per adult 18 years or older living on property. Application fees are non-refundable even if the applicant is denied tenancy.
The initial lease is 12-15 months. Thereafter a customized lease term can be created upon management approval.
Based on credit and or rental history a deposit will be set at 1 or 2 months rent. Deposits are refundable for 72 hours after payment is received. After a lease ends, deposits may be refundable depending on the condition of the property upon move-out.

When you move in with us, you can skip paying a security deposit and keep the cash for activities you care about. Obligo quotes are typically 13% of one month’s rent.

ALL smoking is prohibited in the home or within 25ft of the home and the surrounding neighbors. Smoking is considered to be the use of cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, e-cigarettes, and other forms of smoking.
Yes. Two pets maximum in each home. We only accept cats and non-aggressive dog breeds. Each pet has a $250 non-refundable fee upon move in. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet.
There is a one time admin fee per household upon your move in of $250 that is non-refundable.
Yes renters insurance is required upon move in with a basic $100,000 limited liability coverage. Personal property coverage is determined by the tenant. Tenant may use any company of their choice.
Electric, water, and gas are required to be in the tenant’s name if applicable at the property of interest. Please refer to the specific property listing located on our availability page.
